About Me

Hi, I'm Valerina George. I'm also known as Reena, or, ReenaCat in the online world!

I'm a freelancer digital illustrator, comic artist, and also 2D animator from North Borneo Sabah, Malaysia.

Creating simple and meaningful design is what I aim to do. I may have variety of art styles but I mostly known for creating cute and whimsical character design.
I love to listen my clients' ideas and turn them into an art form that they need. I also have wide range of style depending on the project based on a client need.
I enjoy researching for a new idea, and I usually enjoy creating a design which has meaningful symbolism with variety interpretation behind it.
I enjoy doing Anime and Manga illustration style, and I created various personal projects related to this medium.

About This Site

I originally used this site for showcasing my works as my portfolio website. However, I decided to also use it for showcasing my recent personal projects, updating news, and showcasing all of my social media platforms.

(Side note: I also use this site to show my private portfolio for a specific client.)

I will continue updating about my personal projects in here. As you can see, so far, I enjoy showcasing my personal works related to my Dusun tribe culture. So you can expect that there will be more of similar projects like this in the future.
